Descriptions:

A wide variety of flexographic printing uses even today conventionalanilox rollers. This is due to the design to the respective machine.

We use 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel as raw materials to produce anilox roller. The material needs to being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.

The roller surface treatments are adopting rolling method, chemical erosion and high-precise mechanical engraving technology, etc.

The choice of the correct anilox roller is of central importance for an optimal coating result. Depending on the coating type, we recommend different engravings and cell volumes.  For further engravings (e.g. ART, TIF, CorrWave), please contact our Technical Services department. 
Please note that our recommendations are guidelines based on experiences from practice. Also parameters such as ruling, depth, angle and the wall-cell ratio of an anilox roller determine the coating result.
